Emco Headquarters are the offices of a successful international firm of solicitors. Built on six levels, the building includes a basement parking, an entrance/lobby with conferences on ground floor, library/bar above and three floors of offices with a roof terrace with a bar and pergola for the “end of the week” drinks meetings.

 

The project was acquired as an unfinished block of offices (structure only) and the main task was to house the clients’ needs. The height of the structure was increased by one floor. The external appearance was seriously altered. A lot of the attention was paid to the details inside and out.

 

A pleasant surprise appears every evening as a fresh electric blue colour comes on to illuminate the building, which is right on the highway and is visible from a distance. For the curtain walling, a good energy glass was used.
