A commercial development for a developing company (shops and offices).

 

The office floors were initially designed with an open plan approach to offer more flexibility to the user. Curtain walling on the front and fair faced concrete rear for low maintenance.

 

The ground-floor initially consisted of four floors, which eventually merged into one.

Many years later the building still has a new look.
